With growing interest for touch-free products in the home, Franke has launched the Atlas Neo Sensor kitchen tap.
It boasts dual benefits of touch-free technology, as well as manual operation using a single lever control.
The tap’s infrared sensor is positioned on the left side of the tap and responds to hand movement within a 50-100mm range.
Water temperature can be pre-set on the control box located under the sink and the water flow automatically stops after 30 seconds.
According to Franke, the pre-measured water function has been shown to save as much as 3 litres of water per hand wash reducing consumption by at least 50%
Atlas Neo Sensor tap is manufactured from stainless steel and is available with a choice of swivel spout or with a pull-out nozzle,
Both taps feature a 297mm tall spout that swivels 180°, with a reach of 225mm, and are suitable for high pressure systems backed by a 5-year warranty.
The tap is easily installed in a 35mm tap hole, with the control box and battery case fixed in the cabinet underneath the sink.
It follows on from the launch of Franke’s Icon Double Jet Shower tap.
