Sink, tap and appliance brand Franke has launched the Mythos Full Light Ceiling Hood, which combines an extractor with task and ambient lighting.

The flush-mounted ceiling hood a slim, stainless steel frame and LED panel that offers five shades of white light to allow consumers to set the scene in their kitchen.

The Tunable White function switches between bright task and softer mood lighting, providing versatile illumination in the kitchen.

Users can operate the hood and lighting with a remote control, via the Franke@Home app or, through voice control using Amazon Alexa.

Offering three speeds plus two intensive settings, the Mythos Full Light has a maximum extraction rate of 400m³/h and noise level of 59dB.

Boasting an A class energy efficiency rating, it is suitable for recirculating or ducted installation, measures 900mm wide and comes with a two-year guarantee.
