Inspired by the shifting lines of flowing water, it has been created with sculptural characteristics, including a twisted effect neck and spout.

The Maris Free stands at 425mm high, has a spout reach of 195mm and a spout which swivels through 360 °.

Designers can choose the tap in a Matt Black or Silksteel PVD finish, both of which come with a five-year guarantee on the valve and a year on the finish.

Commenting on the launch, communications manager Jeanette Ward said: “Working with Dror has been an inspiring experience in which he has been able to quickly grasp our vision.

“We are always seeking to develop cutting-edge designs and technology with our products and the Maris Free has perfectly captured aesthetics, performance and precision.”

This follows on from the launch of the Box Center sink by Franke.
