Solid surface brand HIMACS has introduced a marble-effect palette which can be used for kitchen or bathroom cladding and surfacing.

There are four decors in the palette: Gravilla Cream and Gravilla Snow and Aurora Calacatta Fiore (M802) and Aurora Daymoon (M628).

Adding to the Gravilla collection, Gravilla Snow is an off-white design with soft veins and is designed to have a ‘gentle’ appearance.

Gravilla Cream has more of a rich flavour with toned-down cream particles, for adding depth and a warm feel to cool schemes.

Whereas the Aurora & Marmo are inspired by granite particles thanks to shorter veins and a chip effect.

Aurora Calacatta Fiore has a marble look with thin but marked veined detail and a touch of sparkle, while Aurora Daymoon boasts a subtle grey tone.

It follows on from the Aurora colour palette, inspired by Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights, which was added to the Marmo collection of solid surfacing.

HIMACS is composed of minerals, acrylic and natural pigments, offers visually seamless surfaces, and can be moulded.

It can be worked in a similar way to wood – sawn, routed, drilled or sanded – and is reportedly resistant to stains and easy to maintain and repair.

HIMACS offers a 15-year warranty for products fabricated by a Quality Club Member.
