Extending its K-Series.3 appliance collection, German appliance brand Küppersbusch has introduced the BD6340.0 steam oven to offer retailers a premium oven at a lower price group.

With a 70-litre XXL cavity, the steam oven offers 12 functions, including four multi steam options, and uses an external steam generator.

The steam options include Steam + ökotherm, Steam assist Bottom + Top, Regeneration and Solo steam to create a host of different dishes and reheat meals.

In addition, the A+ energy rated oven is also equipped with an Ökotherm catalytic converter, to preserve moisture is preserved and stop odours or grease escaping into the kitchen.

The BD6340.0 steam oven, from Küppersbusch, features a full interior glass door without fixings, for ease of maintenance, an electronic display and aluminium black control knobs.
