Each year, we take a look at the kitchen products which have captured the attention of retailers and designers in 2022.

Our analysis has revealed the trend for blue and green kitchen furniture remained strong over the past 12 months.

In addition, there has been a greater focus on ovens, perhaps indicative of supply chain issues encouraging design professionals to seek additional or alternative suppliers.

KAELO

Kaelo | Kaelo flush and undermount models

Open bottle chiller for wine, water or orange juice, Kaelo has now become a range of models,and now features three settings – Original, Red and Boost .

The range features the original Kaelo with a curved crown, plus two additional models – Flush with a crown level to the worktop, and Undermount which is concealed under the worktop.

British kitchen manufacturer Moores has launched Oxford, a modern take on the classic Shaker, which is an addition to its Definitive collection.

Taking inspiration from the company’s Kensington range, it features thin rails for a contemporary look and is available in an on-trend palette of three colours Haze, Dust and Indigo Blue.

Samsung | Healthy eating ovens

Samsung launched its 4, 5, 6 and 7 series cooking appliances, including multiple ovens with steam programs that promote healthy eating.

The oven models boast a choice of three steam functions, full steam, add steam and natural steam, as well as air frying option and air sous vide program.

TKC | Fir Green

Reflecting the popularity of green shades in home interiors, UK kitchen door and component supplier TKC has introduced Fir Green as a stocked colour across select door ranges.

Fir Green has been added to its classic five-piece Cambridge timber Shaker, woodgrain-effect Cartmel Shaker and the contemporary Lucente handleless door.

It has also been added as a Paint to Order finish across selected ranges.

ASKO | Craft built-in cooking range

Following the brand’s return to the UK market with laundry appliances, ASKO has now unveiled the Craft range of built-in ovens.

The Craft range includes a steam combination single oven, 5 in 1 compact appliance and warming drawer.
