Taking its expertise from making cooking ranges, Italian manufacturer Officine Gullo has launched a collection of gas barbecues for outdoor kitchens.

Officine Gullo | Professional Grills

All Professional Grills come with an array of accessories, allowing home cooks to experiment with up to 15 cooking methods from grilling and smoking through to steaming and frying.

They are also equipped with powerful burners, with infrared burners able to cooker meat quicker than a standard barbecue and a V-shaped grill to collect natural juices and fats.

There are three models in the collection, available in freestanding and built-in variants: Grill Cooking Suite 100, Grill Cooking Suite 140 and Grill Cooking Suite Plus.

Grill Cooking Suite measures 1070mm, boasts a cooking area of 5000mm², features three burners, integrated smoker and rotisserie, whereas the Grill Cooking Suite 140 has a 6500mm² cooking area.

Completing the collection, the Grill Cooking Suite Plus has a cooking area of 5000mm² and an additional integrated side burner.

Made from 316 stainless steel, all the models can be painted in any colour in the RAL range and custom colours are also available, with brass details.

All Professional Grills come with natural gas connection and an LP conversion kit on request, as well as a cover.

Officine Gullo recently announced a partnership with Smallbone, with a range of its appliances now on show in the kitchen retailer’s Brompton Road showroom in London.
