Officine Gullo has chosen Pantone’s Colour of the Year Very Peri for its custom paint finish, which can be combined with eight metal finishes, from burnished brass to gunmetal.

Italian range cooker brand Officine Gullo has chosen Pantone’s Colour of the Year Very Peri for its custom paint finish, which can be combined with eight metal finishes.

Very Peri is available across the company’s OG Professional (pictured), Fiorentina and Restart range cooker models.

OG Professional is crafted from steel plating with solid brass finishes and boasts a set of burners which operates up to 10kW in power, multifunction and ventilated stainless steel ovens.

The cooker can be configured to include a smooth or grooved fry top, coup de feu, maxi-wok burners, electric grills, pasta cookers and fryers.

Inspired by the culture, landscape and traditions of metalworking in Tuscany, the Fiorentina cooker comes in a choice of gas, dual fuel and induction hobs with professional ovens.

The Restart range cooker is modelled on an original collection developed by founder Carmelo Gullo for residential kitchens in the Tuscan metalworking tradition in the 1980s.

It was succeeded by a professional cooking line for home use but has been re-introduced due tor growing demand for an entry level product.
