Sink, tap and accessories manufacturer Reginox has updated its Tribezi hot water tap, which is now available in Chrome, Brushed Nickel and Matt Black.

Tribezi operates on 5 volts instead of 12 volts and has a ceramic thermos rod, which is claimed to heat the water up quicker and keep it hotter for longer than a traditional hot water tap.

On standby, the Tribezi tap reportedly uses 1 watt of power versus 6 watts, which Reginox states is the normal energy use.

Featuring a concealed water element, which doesn’t come in to contact with water, it has been designed to reduce limescale.

The manufacturer also reports its vented tank lessens the ‘spitting’ when water leaves the tap.

Tribezi boasts seven pre-sets and has an advanced NSF International and WRAS approved filter system.

It follows on from the launch of the Amanzi II Steaming Water Tap.
