Italian appliance manufacturer Smeg has introduced the NovaCare laundry collection, which comprises three washing machines, two tumble dryers and a washer dryer.

The washing machines range from 8Kg and 1400 rpm speed (WNP84SECUK), up to 9kg capacity models with 1600ROM (WNP96SLAAUK and WNP96SEAUK).

Both larger models have an A Class energy rating, with the WNP96SLAAUK washing machine also boasting Autodose technology, to deliver the optimum amount of detergent and softener for each load.

In addition, the WNP96SLAAUK machine features 15 programs, including specific stain and allergen functions as well as a rapid 14 minute Quick Wash.

The DNP83SEUK tumble dryer, with an 8kg capacity and inverter motor, has an A+++ energy rating and the DNP92SEUK model has a 9kg capacity with an A++ rating.

Similarly to the washing machines, they offer 16 specific settings for the likes of bedsheets, towels and jeans.

While the washer dryer WDN064SLDUK has a 10kg washing and 6kg drying capacity with 15 programmes including a short 12 minute.

Steam Energy has been introduced across the full collection for anti-crease, anti-odour, anti-stain and anti-allergy effect, and to reduce the need for ironing.

With a contemporary look, the laundry line-up features a door with wide opening, designed to allow the machines to be loaded and emptied more easily, wide screen displays and soft touch controls.

NovaCare machines, from Smeg, can be positioned side by side or one on top of another to create a smaller footprint in laundry rooms or compact living.
