For kitchen designers looking to add an industrial edge to their project, Pooky has just introduced Soprano concrete pendants.
Made from light grey concrete, the unpretentious, raw finish has been designed to give a kitchen an artistic touch, especially when the pendants are hung over an island.
They have been created so designers can mix hard materials, such as concrete, with painted brickwork, metal and greenery to bring balance to a scheme.
Soprano pendant lighting comes in a choice of small and large options.
The small Soprano has a shade which measures 180mm high, with a diameter of 150mm and requires an E-27 fitting.
Whereas, the large version has a shade height of 280mm high, with a diameter of 250mm and requires an E-27 fitting.
The larger Soprano pendant weighs 3.7kg.
They add to the company’s existing lighting portfolio which includes pendants made from brass, metal, ceramic, resin, wood, blown glass, fabric and now concrete.
Based in London’s Chelsea Wharf, Pooky Lighting was established in 2014 as a dedicated supplier of decroative lighting and lampshades to the UK market.
The company also offers wall lights, floor lights, table lamps and lamp shades, as well as mirrors, including models for bathrooms.
