A bad smell in the bathroom can indicate the water trap seal has been lost, potentially posing serious health risks, so to solve this issue Studor has introduced Trap-Vent.
It is a combination water trap and Air Admittance Valve (AAV) which can be retrofitted to an existing bathroom and can be used for small group venting in, such as for hotels, care homes and hospitals.
Combining a trap with a 50mm water seal and an integral AAV, it replaces standard S traps and P traps, and is self-cleaning.

Trap-Vent is height adjustable, reduces siphonage noise and is claimed to provide a 20dB noise reduction compared to conventional traps.

Just like all of Neolith’s surfaces, Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset are resistant to heat and atmospheric conditions, are 100% recyclable, and do not contain added quartz to their formulation.
