Victorian Plumbing highest online ranking for bathrooms

Merseyside-based Victorian Plumbing is Britain’s highest-ranked online specialist bathroom retailer, according to web traffic analytics company Alexa.

According to the online retailer, the company is the only bathroom specialist which appears in the top 1000 UK websites.

Victorian Plumbing has reported turnover up 120% to £42.26million on the previous year of £19.20million, and it reports it is on course to double in size again.

There has been investment into the customer service and warehouse divisions, as well as the opening of a contact centre and a 500sqm showroom.

Victorian Plumbing has also recently invested in a TV ad campaign, part of a £6million media spend. It also has plans for a new TV advertisement which will reportedly “take the brand in an exciting new direction.”

Managing director of Victorian Plumbing Mark Radcliffe said: “I am so excited about the opportunities out there and we have ambitious plans to take full advantage.
