British range cooker manufacturer Rangemaster has collaborated with British-Vietnamese chef, restaurateur and author Thuy Pham.

The partnership will bring together her culinary expertise and the capabilities of Rangemaster’s appliances.

Thuy Pham is co-owner of the multi-award-winning restaurant The Little Viet Kitchen, and author of two cookbooks, including the soon-to-be-released Vietnamese Made Easy.

She is also on the judging panel for The Golden Chopsticks Awards, which celebrates East and South East Asian cuisine, and The Guild of Food Writers.

As part of the collaboration, Pham will create recipes and digital content, introducing consumers to Vietnamese cuisine.

Commenting on the partnership with Rangemaster Thuy Pham said: “I am eager to demonstrate how to craft restaurant-quality food in the comfort of one’s own kitchen, as well as unlock the full potential of their range cooker.”

Thuy Pham will be sharing the first Rangemaster recipe on August 3, via her Instagram account @chef_thuy_pham and it will also be live on the Rangemaster website.
