Staffordshire plumbing and heating company Action Heat Group has launched a luxury bathroom showroom business – Action Bathrooms.

Having opened a design studio in Blythe Bridge, Action Bathrooms uses 4D CAD technology, allowing customers to experience the space before purchase.

Founded by business partners Andy Galletely and Beth Colley five years ago, Action Heat Group focused on plumbing, heating and boiler installation, with 14 contracted installers.

Now the business has opened a luxury bathroom showroom and Beth Colley works on the designs.

Commenting on the business, she said: “We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our customers and providing enhanced levels of customer service – the design studio helps us do that through our fantastic new brand Action Bathrooms.

“We want our customers to see first-hand what their dream, luxury bathrooms will look like in their own home and the technology we have helps us do that.

She added: “We’re doing very well and word has travelled fast but it’s important to us, that no matter how much we grow, we stay true to ourselves, keep our feet on the ground and continue to deliver a quality service that our customers know they can trust.

“Plumbing, heating and boilers are our bread and butter, but we do find that when people use us, when they want a new bathroom, they come to us, which is great.

“Going forward we’d really like to expand the design studio service to customers further afield.”

Andy Galletely said: “I’m from Blythe Bridge originally so it’s great to bring our business here. It’s been a real team effort with both our families working hard behind the scenes to bring our vision to life.

“The team we’ve got has been fantastic and we’re so grateful to have them on board. We’ve already gained lots of jobs from people in the village thanks to word-of-mouth recommendations and we’re looking forward to building our client base.

“Through Action Heat Plumbing & Heating we’ll fix anything from a leaking tap to a boiler breakdown, to fitting brand new boilers and through Action Bathrooms we design and install luxury, bespoke bathrooms with a real wow factor.”

Over the coming months they are looking to recruit staff to work in the design studio and have appointed their first apprentice.
