Nicholls & Clarke Group has acquired Norfolk-based bathroom and tile business, Norwich Tile Centre.

Nicholls & Clarke Group acquires Norfolk tile business

Established in Norwich for three decades, the family-run retail business will now benefit from increased product ranges, technical knowledge and stock inventory.

Run by the second generation of the family Karen Seaman, she has now decided to retire with her husband.

The Nicholls & Clarke Group was approached by the retailer and has added Norwich Tile Centre, as well as the existing team, to the N&C Tiles and Bathrooms brand.

Chairman David Forbes commented: “We have admired Norwich Tile Centre for many years and are pleased to add Norwich as a destination for our trade and retail customer base.

“We look forward to welcoming the experience and knowledge of the local team and together grow the N&C business in the Norfolk area.”

Multi award-winning retailer N&C Tiles and Bathrooms has 17 showrooms and is part of the Nichols & Clarke Group, which was established in 1875.

It bought Midlands-based retailer Tubs & Tiles in 2017, following the company entering administration.

N&C Tiles and Bathrooms benefit from the manufacturing and distribution side of its sister brands that cater to trade professionals such as interior designers, house builders, architects, specifiers and contractors.
