Home appliance brand AEG and Canterbury Clothing have once again teamed up to support grassroots rugby and offer teams a chance to win a training session with England’s World Cup players.

The 2014/15 campaign saw 280 entries from clubs across the UK and 20 have won Canterbury Rugby kits and an AEG OKOMix washing machine to keep it looking good. The 20 clubs were chosen based on a 50 word submission of why they should win the kit and washing machine.

In addition, three of the 20 winners now have the chance to win the England player training session all they need are online votes from supporters up until midnight April 12, 2015.

AEG and Canterbury Clothing started the initiative in 2011 and since that time have supplied 200 clubs across the UK with kit and washing machines.

England player and commentator Will Greenwood commented: “It truly is a unique experience for each of the three clubs. I’m cure the winners will take away many skills to inspire their performance for the remainder of the season. We’ve seen numerous players over the last four years of the AEG Grassroots campaign go on to succeed in their own rugby careers, some playing for England U18s, Premier League teams and their county. This is an unbeatable opportunity to help your local team win direct access to the sport’s living stars and given them the chance to be inspired to progress in their career. Please show your support for grassroots rugby and register your vote today.”
