Showroom chain awarded FIRA Gold Installation Certificate

Bathroom showroom chain Bathstore has been presented the FIRA Gold Installation Certification across its 173 stores.

To receive FIRA Gold Installation Certification, a company must go through a annual audit of its head office operating systems, installation manual and procedures, together with complaint records.

In addition, audits are also carried out on site in consumers’ homes, to ensure that all staff are working to agreed industry practices.
