Kitchen water place manufacturer Blanco has launched an e-learning platform for product training for retailer partners across the UK.

Blanco unveils first global Brand Experience Centre 2

The online programme features e-learning modules – which mirrors in-person training available at its Experience Centre in St Albans, Hertfordshire – and will be continually updated.

Spanning seven modules, the content will cover the benefits of key products such as Silgranit sinks, drink.systems, food waste disposers, as well as its range of mixer taps and the Blanco Unit.

As part of its e-learning launch, the brand is offering showrooms an additional 15% discount off all Blanco product displays when one of its team completes all seven available modules.

Commenting on the launch, brand communication manager Tamsin Mills said: “We’re all doing business slightly more remotely these days, and while for us it’s still important to have face time with our trade customers, we’re also conscious to offer time-saving digital options.

“As part of this, we’re excited to launch our new e-learning platform, with the goal of offering yet another way for our partners to broaden their knowledge of the Blanco brand and product range, and keep up to date with the latest product updates.

“The platform’s seven bite-size training modules have been designed to support customers and assist in generating sales through a deeper knowledge of the Blanco brand and its USPs.”Blanco will also continue to offer in-person training sessions at its Experience Centre in St. Albans (pictured above).
