In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bathroom Manufacturers Association has made the “difficult decision” to postpone the BMA Conference until next year.

Change of format for BMA Conference

The BMA conference, which had been due to take place in Cheshire from October 12-13, 2020, will now be held in June 2021.

CEO of the BMA Tom Reynolds said: “We’ve not reached this decision lightly. After consultation with the venue, our board and a selection of members it was clear that our attendees’ focus would be on recovering from COVID-19 well into the autumn.

“We are now looking forward to holding the event in 2021 alongside our AGM at Carden Park on June 7-8, 2021.”

Marketing manager of the BMA Amy Kirk added: “Although the event has moved dates, the theme ‘Sustainability for the Sector’ and our keynote speakers announced so far will be unchanged.”

Full details of the event will continue to be announced in the run-up to the 2021 event.

Tom Reynolds recently slammed “keyboard warriors” criticising tradespeople and manufacturers in the construction industry who are continuing with essential work.
