Training and product demos for kitchen retailers and installers
Worktop supplier Bushboard is hosting an Open Day featuring training and product demostrations for retailers and installers on August 7, 2014 at its HQ in Wellingborough, Northants.
Over 2,000 people have been invited to the drop-in event, where Bushboard has partnered with power tool brand Festool to promote worktop installion for laminate, solid surface and quartz.
There will also be training sessions on how to install Bushboard’s M-stone quartz and Encore solid surface worktops, as well as factory and showroom tours. Free refreshments and food are available throughout the day.

Managing director of Bushboard, Stuart White commented on the idea behind the event: “A professional installer is a major differentiator that independent showrooms have over the sheds and we aim to show the trade just how easy it is to install our ready-made quartz and solid surface worksurfaces to impeccable standards, while maximising their earning potential.”
Sintered stone manufacturer Neolith has launched Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset, inspired by nature and classical architecture, and for use in kitchens or bathrooms walls, floors, in gardens or facades.
They belong to The New Classtone and Fusioncollections which interpret marble and natural stone, respectively, and boast Neolith’s antibacterial NeolEAT technology.
Inspired by Ancient Rome, Calacatta Roma (pictured top) pays homage to Italian Carrara marble, with ochre and grey veins in a white background.
While the Cappadocia region, in central Turkey, with its rock formations formed by volcanoes and underground cities, has inspired Cappadocia Sunset (pictured below).
Just like all of Neolith’s surfaces, Calacatta Roma and Cappadocia Sunset are resistant to heat and atmospheric conditions, are 100% recyclable, and do not contain added quartz to their formulation.
