Demonstrating its commitment to nurturing young talent and supporting the growth of women’s football, Franke has sponsored football star Abigail Reid.

Franke sponsors women’s football star

The sink, tap and appliance brand has sponsored 15-year-old Abigail Reid, who is the goalkeeper for Wycombe Wanderers FC Women’s U18s football club.

Reid has joined Wycombe Wanderers for the 2023-24 season, where she will compete as part of the Junior Premier League.

She started her football journey at the age of seven with Tilehurst Panthers in Reading and began training at the Wycombe Wanderers Girls Elite Development Centre last year, alongside her time at Tilehurst.

The company has a connection to Abigail Reid as her Dad Stuart Reid has been part of the Franke team for the past five years. where he is employed as a Field Service Technician

The sponsorship covers the upcoming season’s kit and membership expenses.
