Designed by Christopher Behling, Mera is a top-of-the-range shower toilet

Geberit unveiled its top-of-the-range Aquaclean Mera shower WC, at the Neo cocktail bar in London, in front of around 120 architects and bathroom retailers.

Designed by Christopher Behling, the shower toilet took over four years in development and was worked on by 25 engineers.

The rimless Mera features WhirlSpray technology for its cleaning wand, which is claimed to offer a better clean. In addition, it boasts Turboflush which reportedly allows for more efficient flushing, as well a surface coating to minimise waste build up.

Speaking at the event, marketing director of Geberit UK Raffealla de Vittorio described Mera as “the most technologically advanced product, yet, in our range” and stated “we believe Geberit Mera Aquaclean will set the benchmark when it comes to shower toilet technology”.
