Haier Europe CEO Yannick Fierling has decided to leave the company and continue his career outside of the Haier Group, effective from April 30.

Global appliance brand Haier Europe CEO Yannick Fierling has decided to leave the company and continue his career outside of the Haier Group, effective from April 30.

Joining Haier in 2025, Yannick Fierling has led the organisation for the last nine years, expanding the company’s geographical and category scope, through organic growth and acquisition.

During his time at Haier Europe, with sales revenue of €3.2 billion, he oversaw the acquisition of  both the Hoover Candy Group and Fisher & Paykel.

Commenting on his decision to leave the organisation, Fierling stated: “After a very successful journey and having set up the business and organisational transformation to succeed in Europe, I believe it is the right time for me to move on.

“I’m leaving a winning organization with the strongest team in the industry that’s committed to exceeding our customer expectations and to delight our users with the best-connected suite of innovations in the market”.

A search for a new CEO is being conducted and the Haier Group announced a replacement will be announced shortly.

The Haier Europe Senior Leadership Team will continue to focus on the company’s execution and pursue the vision to be the first consumer choice for smart home.
