Membership provides access to research and technical advances in furniture
Heritage Bathrooms has become a member of the Furniture Industry Research Association (FIRA) to support the furniture side of its business.
It means Heritage Bathrooms will have access to the latest research and technical advances in furniture and will be in a position to influence industry standards.
Product manager for furniture at Heritage Bathrooms James Keith commented: “Our decision to become a member of the Furniture Industry Research Association is to demonstrate Heritage Bathrooms’ commitment to our quality furniture category, which continues to grow in popularity month on month.
“Our membership gives assurance to our retailers that we are a brand at the forefront of furniture industry news and research and can provide them with a wide range of high specification products that meet with current market trends and innovation.”
The membership-based organisation was established over sixty five years ago and is run by the furniture industry. It is the only organisation that provides support for all sectors and for the entire furniture supply chain.
Director of the Furniture Industry Research Association Phil Reynolds said: “We are really pleased to welcome Heritage Bathrooms as a member. The Association aims to support the furniture industry by providing technical information which helps with business planning and strategy. Our members have direct access to our world-renowned resources and technical expertise, both through our highly specialist experts and through the vast amount of technical and business information we make available on our website.”
Heritage Bathrooms has also renewed its membership to the BIID (British Institute of Interior Design) for the third consecutive year.
