Ideal Standard unveils Ideal Pro loyalty scheme

Points-based programme offers rewards and business support

Bathroom giant Ideal Standard has launched Ideal Pro for the installer community, an online scheme providing business advice and extended product warranties.

Operating on a points-based system, installers who sign up to Ideal Pro will receive points when they purchase an Ideal Standard product or selected Armitage Shanks product. These points can be redeemed for more than 2.5million awards from experiences to homeware.

Ideal Pro members can claim their points through the Ideal Pro website or via their mobiles or if the purchases are made at plumbers merchant Graham, they can have their points automatically credited to their account.

In addition, Ideal Pro members will have a dedicated phone lines, plus an extended warranty of 10 years on selected brassware, and will have access to exclusive online content.

The online content includes legislative changes through to water saving and there will be a range of training videos. Personalised business pages will host a gallery of case studies and project information and members will also have access to an installer community with discussion forums, plus the Ideal Pro Plumbing Panel to offer installation and product reviews.
