Building on the success of its Birmingham debut last year, the 2023 show features an expanded offering for visitors to reflect the growing momentum towards net zero.
It not only plays host to high-profile speakers, such as former footballer and entrepreneur Gary Neville, but will host an array of kitchen and bathroom brands, including Aqualisa, Bette, Geberit, Impey, Kelda Showers, Qettle, Roca, Roper Rhodes, Roca, Triton Showers and VitrA.
The show has also joined with trade association the Bathroom Manufacturers Association (BMA) and the British Institute of Kitchen Bedroom and Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI).
CEO of BiKBBI Damian Walters commented on the partnership: “An important element of our role as an institute is to be the conduit between the KBB installer community and the wider construction sector, and partnerships such as the one we have formed with the InstallerSHOW are vital to us being able to fulfil that role.
“The extensive line up of content across three days will undoubtedly be of value to our stakeholders, and likewise, the opportunity to update other areas of the sector on the progress we are making on our strategic objectives will also be beneficial.”
Hosting the BMA Bathroom Zone, which will act as a hub for brands and bathroom professionals, CEO of the trade association Tom Reynolds commented on why the association is participating: “We recognise installers are vital to manufacturers for several reasons.
“Firstly, installers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed correctly, ensuring that they function as intended and perform to their highest standards.
“Secondly, installers are the best link between manufacturers and end-users, providing valuable feedback on product design, functionality, and performance.
“Thirdly, installers are also responsible for building brand loyalty by providing excellent customer service and promoting the manufacturers’ products to potential customers.
“Without the support of skilled installers, manufacturers would struggle to reach their target market and grow their business.
“Hence, both bathroom installers and manufacturers must work together to build a sustainable bathroom industry, and Installer Show gives us an excellent opportunity to do so.”
The BMA Bathroom zone will feature a three-day programme designed to inform and entertain with presentations, panel debates and high-profile interviews.
These discussions will cover how brands, merchants and installers can all innovate to boost business and will include topics such as supply and getting materials to site, consumer protection and alternative dispute resolution.
Completing the line-up at will also be on-stand interviews with TV personalities and industry professionals Mark Millar and George Clarke.
Returning for 2023, and as the show’s commitment to innovation, Installer Invent provides stand spae available to a selection of start-up companies to give them a platform to showcase their solutions.
The event has also looked to supporting the next generation of professionals with Installer Futures giving students and apprentices valuable insight into what the industry has to offer.
It begins with sessions away from the event floor – led by installers, industry insiders and manufacturers – followed by a visit to the show to see the latest technology and product developments in action.
InstallerSHOW has already set its sights on expanding the reach of its event in 2024, with the addition of Installer Kitchens & Bathrooms.
