Ray Isted succeeds Brian Evans as KBB NTG Chairman

The KBB NTG has appointed Ray Isted as chairman, succeeding Brian Evans of Mark David Enterprises who held the role for two years.Isted has worked for many years in the kitchen sector, most recently at Fisher & Paykel and prior to that held senior roles of head of training and group brand marketing manager at Whirlpool UK.

He commented on his new role: “I am honoured to have been asked to be chairman of the KBB NTG. I am looking forward to working closely with the board to continue to build on the success to date and assist in the future growth and advancement of the NTG, as well as raising the profile of training and standards within the industry.”

Renee Mascari, CEO of the KBB NTG, said: “Ray’s experience and industry insight wil be invaluable to the NTG. His background within training and marketing will be a real asset, and the Board will be able to call upon his expertise and direction to assist in the evolution of both the NTG and training in general within the industry. I look forward to working with him.”
