Luxury kitchen retailer Darwins of Shrewsbury is the latest to join trade association for independent kitchen and bathroom showrooms  – the Kbsa.

Retailer Darwins of Shrewsbury joins Kbsa

As the name suggests, the company is based in historic market town of Shrewsbury, Shropshire, and serves the local and wider area including Cheshire, the West Midlands and Mid Wales.

Director at Darwins, Chris Dwyer said “We are delighted to join other independent retailers as a member of the Kbsa.

“As a service-based business it was important that we chose to join an association that is more than just a badge.

“The strict criteria and vetting procedures required for membership shows that we have reached certain standards, and acts as powerful marketing tool for our customers.

“We are proud to have been accepted by the Kbsa and to be the only kitchen showroom in Shropshire to have attained Kbsa membership.”

Retail and corporate membership director of the Kbsa Malcolm Scott said: “I am pleased to welcome Darwins of Shrewsbury to the Kbsa.

“We are on target to achieve our plan to double the retail membership, helped by the increased promotion of the Kbsa brand to consumers who are actively seeking a new kitchen, bathroom or bedroom.”
