Tile Mountain Group has opened its first joint tile and bathroom showroom, featuring products from its Tile Mountain and Bathroom Mountain brands.

Tile Mountain Group opens first tile and bathroom store

Located in Basildon, Essex, it marks the 10th showroom for the group, with a two floor space spanning 10,000 sq ft and with six staff.

Commenting on the joint showroom Tile Mountain’s managing director, Jeremy Harris said: “Basildon was selected as a key purchasing location based on our analysis of years of online sales data.

“It forms part of our overall growth strategy with a ‘halo effect’ that drives sales both in-store and online.

“This latest retail space is an exciting development in that it is the first of our showrooms that combines products from Tile Mountain and Bathroom Mountain, and we are delighted to be able to offer this unique shopping experience to consumers.”

Founded in 2013, Tile Mountain is headquarterered in Stoke on Trent and has three purpose-built warehouses, nine showrooms, and an office complex.

Tile Mountain Group has expanded since 2018 with the launch of Bathroom Mountain and acquisition of Walls and Floors Ltd and reported sales of £71.9million in 2022.
