CAD software specialist for the KBB sector ArtiCAD has announced a trio of new appointments and promotions.

ArtiCAD makes trio of customer care appointments

Hamzah Ahmed has joined the company’s Client Care Team, to help customers with queries and technical issues, and will be based in the company’s office.

He has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Bedfordshire and has also worked as a QA Analyst.

Also joining the Client Care Team is Karolina Kazmierczak, who is helping clients with questions about their licenses, product enquiries and graphic requests.

Prior to joining ArtiCAD, Kazmierczak has worked in several customer service roles and following ArtiCAD’s flexible approach to the work location has opted to work from home for part of the week.

In addition, the Client Care Team has a new leader in Jacob Watts who will be taking on additional responsibilities as ArtiCAD’s in-house trainer.

ArtiCAD has also recently created the new role of data account manager, with responsibility for the end- to-end production process of graphics, from initial customer data through to the rolling out of catalogues.

Initially there are four new data account managers, all of whom have been promoted from other positions within the company.
