British kitchen manufacturer, and parent company of Masterclass Kitchens, Sigma 3 Kitchens has announced the appointment of two directors to its leadership team.  

Sigma 3 appoints directors to leadership team

Frances Patel (FCIPD) joins as group people director, and Paul Groves (FCMA, CGMA) steps into the role of group finance director.  

Patel brings a wealth of experience, having served in various senior HR roles, most recently as head of HR for EMEA at Amazon Web Services.

With a track record in transformational change and leading functional HR teams, she will help navigate Sigma 3 Kitchens through its growth trajectory. 

Paul Groves joins the company with over 25 years of extensive finance experience, particularly in the manufacturing sector.  

His background includes leadership roles in SMEs, VC/PE-backed businesses, and global corporations such as Eakin Healthcare and Yuasa Battery Europe Limited.

Sigma 3 Kitchens acquired Mereway Kitchens, which then entered administration.
