Premium surface manufacturer Caesarstone has welcomed Aisling Murrihy as its new head of customer service for the UK and ROI.

She brings over two decades of customer service experience to Caesarstone, having worked with leading brands across various sectors, from Hermès and Anya Hindmarch to Agent Provocateur and Selfridges.

Most recently, Aisling Murrihy led customer service teams in the beauty and skincare market at L’Oreal, Medik8, and Charlotte Tilbury.

She has also worked in retail roles at John Lewis, Seraphine and Apple
