Kitchen furniture manufacturer Rational has appointed Dogan Yalin as its general manager.

Kitchen furniture manufacturer Rational has appointed Dogan Yalin as its general manager.

Based at Melle in Lower Saxony, Germany, Rational employs 50 people and became part of the International Bravat Group in April 2021.

Dogan Yalin has experience of the kitchen industry having held various roles as a product manager, key account manager and sales manager for a Germany-wide kitchen network.

During this time, he collaborated with brands in the kitchen and supplier industry across all stages of sales and distribution.

Speaking about his new position, Dogan Yale said: “I am delighted to have been appointed by Rational at this exciting time in its development.

“My initial focus will be concentrated on the German market, our investment in service, and the development that is planned for the Melle site.”

Managing director of the group Janusz Palarczyk said: “I have a long acquaintance with Dogan and know him well. His industry knowledge and personality made him an excellent choice for this position.”

Rational has recently been presented the German Brand Award 2021, in recognition of its brand management.
