Smeg appoints head of independent retail

Kris Horley joins company with 25 years' experience

Appliance manufacturer Smeg UK has announced the appointment of Kris Horley as head of independent retail.

Horley brings with him over 25 years’ of experience from a variety of sales roles within the industry.

He will be responsible for Smeg’s ongoing development of its independent retail channel, which is a key focus for the brand in 2019.

As part of his new role, Horley will be in charge of managing the independent field sales team across the UK.

He will have overall responsibility for both the CIH and Sirius buying groups.
