Part of the Ideal Standard group, Sottini has bolstered its retail team with the appointment of two regional sales managers.

Matt Bell joins the company as retail sales manager for the North of the UK and has worked for more than two decades  with leading bathroom brands and retail businesses.

Prior to joining Sottini, he has worked in sales positions for Villeroy & Boch, Grohe and Aqualisa.

Before that, he spent his time as a bathroom designer at plumbing merchant Michael Pavis.

In addition, Gary Major has joined the business as retail sales manager for South of the UK.

He has worked at Heritage Bathrooms as commercial manager, helping establish the brand and also within retail having owned and operated his own bathroom and kitchen showroom for 10 years.

Prior to this, Major worked with UK Bathroom Warehouse. 

Their remit will be to deliver Sottini’s retail strategy of providing independent businesses with market leading levels of support.

At the forefront of this, will be a renewed focus on promoting Sottini’s  Fusaro and Ellero ranges.

Matt Bell commented on his appointment: “This is a highly exciting time to be joining Sottini. We have a brand-new proposition for the UK market which meets all the needs and desires of independent retailers at its core, as well as returning a very competitive level of return.
