“It has been a year of learning which has once again reinforced the message that service is paramount.
“Like other companies within the industry, we have faced our challenges, however the senior and broader team have the necessary skills to enable us to overcome whatever challenges are ahead.
“I am particularly delighted to have the opportunity to invest in Andoras and provide the infrastructure to further develop a high value, high quality manufacturing base to support top-end kitchen retailers.
“This, combined with Uform’s product and service offering, will allow us to offer an even better proposition for our customers.
“Our strategic goals are based around our aspiration to be leaders in our industry and these latest appointments are testament to just how committed we are to strengthen the future of both companies.
“I’d like to take this opportunity to wish Gary, Rodney and Andrew every success in their new roles as we look forward to 2021 and beyond.
They join a very special, committed and resilient team which I’m proud to be a part of”.
