Co Antrim-based kitchen furniture manufacturer Uform has expanded its UK sales team with the appointment of two area sales managers.
Kelly Mitchell has joined the company as area aales manager for South Central England and Julie Sturges has been named area sales manager for the East Anglia region.
Mitchell has a wealth of experience within the construction industry, including working on sites such as 20 Fenchurch Street in London’s financial district, Heathrow Terminal 2 and biomedical research centre, the Francis Crick Institute.
More recently, Mitchell was employed as a key account manager for Diversey, a global cleaning chemical manufacturer whose clients include Caffe Nero, Harrods, Moto Motorway Service Stations and Servest FM.
Julie Sturges previously worked as an area account manager for independent office supplier Bluefish Office Products.
Before her experience in office products, Sturges also worked in the fashion watch and jewellery industry with various roles in sales, visual merchandising and training.
Commenting on the recent appointments, Uform’s national sales manager for the UK, Stace Alibone said: “We’re delighted to welcome Kelly and Julie to our growing team.
“We have a very clear growth strategy for the UK market and by increasing our sales team further, this will allow for a very focused approach on ensuring our customers are provided with a premium buying experience.
“It comes back to our simple company vision of making it easy for retailers to create and deliver the heart of any home.
“We have every confidence in Kelly and Julie and we’re looking forward to another exciting phase of growth’.
Uform has recently invested in its Design Centre at its HQ in Northern Ireland.
