German appliance brand Küppersbusch has introduced the K-Series.3 Pyrolytic oven – BP6332.0 with a professional pizza function.

According to the manufacturer, the 600mm oven reaches a temperature of 340ºC to create pizzas in 3 minutes.

With a 70-litre capacity, the oven features six cooking and two specification functions and comes equipped with a pizza stone, shovel and telescopic pull-out shelf.

The A+ energy rated BP6332.0 oven also boasts Ökotherm® technology, as well three pyrolytic settings and Öko-clean for easy cleaning.

Küppersbusch reports the Ökotherm® catalytic converter has been created to ensure food moisture is preserved and no odours or grease escape into the kitchen.

The K-Series.3 Pyrolytic oven – BP6332.0 features an electronic display with black aluminium control knobs for optimum cooking control.

It comes fully equipped with a pizza stone, shovel and telescopic pull out shelf, and it follows the launch of the Küppersbusch K.Series 5 oven.
