Former Lecico MD takes reigns at JP Distribution

Following the retirement of managing director Tony Oates, JP Distribution has announced the appointment of Graham Bucktrout from May 1.

He has over 30 years’ experience in the kitchen and bathroom industry, having worked for the likes of Jacuzzi UK, the Bernstein Group, and Imperial Bathrooms in sales and marketing roles.

Bucktrout has also served on the management commitee of the Bathroom Manufacturers Association, to help drive its direction.

Having joined JP Distribution from Lecico UK, where he was employed as managing director for the past seven years, Bucktrout commented on his new position: “I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to join JP Distribution as its new managing director. JP Distribution is a business I have known and worked with as a supply partner for a number of years and have always held their principles of excellence in customer service, supply and product availability in the highest regard. Tony has built an excellent team and supplier partnerships and I am looking forward to building on the JP Distribution success.”
