KBSA Awards entries nearly double

Largest number of entries in Kitchen Design category

The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) has reported nearly double the amount of entries into its Design Awards, compared to last year’s event in 2013, where the overall winner was Diane Berry of Diane Berry Kitchens (shown).

Its Kitchen Design category receieved the highest number of entries, but the association stated a greater interest was shown in its Concept Kitchen Award, launched last year, where specialists work to a prescribed brief and present their entries as CAD drawings.

The awards are judged by a panel, which this year will include Renee Mascari of Mascari Design Solutions and CEO of the kbbNTG, sales and marketing director of Mereway Bathrooms Tim Wood, Owner of Ablutions Luxury Bathrooms and Kitchens Stuart Irving, Project design manager at Omega Ben Jones and managing director of KSL Richard Hibbert.

Presentation of the KBSA Design Awards will be held at its AGM National Meeting and Networking Dinner, held at the Welcombe Hotel in Stratford upon Avon on September 23.
