Yogesh Dokia celebrates silver anniversary with Norman Glen showroom
Showroom manager of Norman Glen kitchen showroom on Finchley Road, North West London, Yogesh Dokia has celebrated 25 years in business. After graduating with a degree in maths and economics, Dokia joined Bulthaup and after a year working for the company joined the Poggenpohl showroom Norman Glen.
Dokia always hand draws his kitchen designs and it has seen him generate a loyal customer base, selling kitchens to second and third generations of the same family. In fact, one customer has moved and refurbished properties five times, each time returning to Dokia. He has also worked on projects as far afield as New Delhi.
Yogesh Dokia commented: “What I enjoy most about this job are the people. I enjoy the challenge of meeting new customers but also love the fact that so many of my existing customers consider me a friend.”
