Paris to London bike ride to raise funds for Wherever the Need

Luxury bathroom retailer Ripples aims to raise £15,000 for charity Wherever the Need by cycling from London to Paris, having so far raised £6,000.

The team of 10 franchisees, led by managing director Paul Crow, will leave for Paris on October 1 and ride 211 miles back to London.

In the saddle will be finance manager Zlatica Leskova, owner of Ripples Tunbridge Wells/Brighton and Reigate Colin Payne, owner of Ripples Solihull Martin Hammond, owner of Ripples Chelmsford Chris O’Halloran, senior designer of Ripples Bristol Chris Payne, manager of Ripples Brighton Rebecca Washer, senior designer at Ripples Newbury Leanne Robey, plus the owners of Ripples Newbury Richard and Diane Garnett, alongside representatives from Wherever the need.

Founder of Ripples Roger Kyme and owner of Ripples London Lisa Kyme will be following the riders in the support car.

Donning bright pink jerseys, sponsored by Laufen and branded with the Ripples name, the riders will be expected to cross the finish line within three days.

Wherever the Need is Ripples nominated charity, which provides  toilets for regions without access to safe and hygenic sanitation.
