Targeting independent electrical retailers and kitchen specialists

Working in partnership with its brand licensing partner Vestel, Sharp Home Appliances will now be available across Europe and the UK.

Alongside microwaves, which the brand is known for, Sharp Home Appliances will boasts a range of cooling, laundry, dishwashing and cooking appliances, including built-in and smart models.

To support its brand of appliances, with product and after-care, Sharp Home Appliances is set to offer a Life Support Service, offering on-going customer care throughout the lifetime of their appliances.

The company has customers in the independent electrical retailer sector, a multiple chain, and is intending to broaden its base to include kitchen specialists.

Sharp Home Appliances will operate across a variety of communication channels, allowing customers to reach staff via a dedicated phone line, but also via the brand’s social media pages.
