TV Chef Peter Sidwell has chosen Gallery by Symphony for its cooking school

TV Chef Peter Sidwell has chosen furniture from Gallery by Symphony for his cooking school near Penrith in Cumbria, which showcases local produce and encourages home cooking.

Peter Sidwell commented about his choice of furniture for the school: “I wanted each station to be used for different uses as well as looking great in the open plan design; which is why I decided on the New York range. It’s amazing how the little design details are really helpful, such as the handleless design which means each station feels very streamlined and the gloss finish makes it a breeze to clean.

“I wanted to work with the best supplier possible which is why I chose Gallery by Symphony for the kitchen, Kenwood for the appliances, Robert Welch for the knives and Neff for the ovens and hobs.”

Some of the first visitors to the school will be Gallery by Symphony retailers who won a competition to attend at the launch event in July.

Marketing director at Symphony Simon Collyns adds, “Symphony is really pleased to be part of this new venture as we have already worked with a number of cookery schools throughout the UK. Peter and his team have created a good cooking school that will appeal to the people of Cumbria, as well as those further afield; we wish them all the best.”
