Bathroom supplier Roper Rhodes has welcomed Nadia Provenza to the role sustainability manager, which will see her focused on reducing environmental impact of its operations.
Bringing a wealth of experience to her role, Provenza has studied a Master’s Degree in Sustainability and Management at the University of Bath and a Master Class in Circular Economy at University of Exeter.
She will be responsible for embedding sustainability across the organisation, delivering and reporting on its commitments, identifying new opportunities, and focussing on carbon reduction.

By the end of 2023, Provenza aims to have set plans and processes to deliver on the company’s sustainability commitments, trained employees on sustainability and introduced circular design thinking and identitied further carbon reduction opportunities.
Roper Rhodes has already installed solar panels at its facility in Portbury, Bristol, is reducing plastic packaging and aims to increase use of electric vehicles and renewable energy.
